Opening Dates

We are open from 27th March - 31st October 2026.

Lundynant is nestled in a quiet and peaceful valley leading down to Polzeath village and beach. There are numerous coast paths (the majority are on National Trust Managed) within easy walking distance to start exploring. There is a private access gate from the bottom of the site which leads you through another site and brings you out in the Village, its approximately a 5 minute walk and easily done with pushchairs or carrying surfboards etc…

We cater for both touring caravans and motorhomes, camper vans and Tents including roof tents. We also have 2 or 3 bedroom Static Caravans to rent.

We are a peaceful family and couples site, so regret we will not accept any bookings for under 18’s without parents or any large single sex group without prior approval from management. Well behaved Dogs on leads are permitted at a small fee.

A maximum of 8 people may stay on any 1 pitch in one unit (2 adults and up to 4 Children (0-17) are included in the basic pitch fee).

BBQ’s – Disposable BBQ’s are not permitted as these spoil the grass for those who come after you. BBQ’s on legs (Min 2ft) are welcome. Please No Camp fires or Fire pits

Facilities

Toilets and Showers are open 24 hours a day along with washing sinks and a laundry room.

Deposit Options

A 25% deposit payment (Or a minimum of a £55 deposit) is required to secure your booking, with the full balance payable 28 days before arrival for camping or 56 days for our static caravans. If the total cost of your stay is less than £55 the full amount will be taken at the time of booking.

Late bookings made less than 28 days before the arrival date will be required to pay in full.

No Refunds or credits are available for any alterations or cancellations made less than the 28 days before the arrival date.
